Our CPAP Assistance Program was created in 2010 to help sleep apnea patients facing financial hardship get the PAP therapy they need to treat their condition.

Accepting Gently Used PAP Devices and Factory-Sealed Supplies

Are you looking to donate a gently used PAP device that is in good working condition, is data capable and comes from a smoke-free home?

Or unopened supplies such as masks with headgear, tubing, chambers and filters, as long as they are in their original packaging.

Please note we are no longer accepting Phillips Respironics Machines into our inventory.

Equipment/supply donations are eligible for charitable tax deductions. You can include the value you place on your machine/supplies, plus the cost of shipping for tax purposes. Please note you are responsible for the cost of shipping.

To make sure you receive your tax letter, please complete the online form below and include your contact information on a slip of paper in the box. Note: You will also want to retain a copy of your donation items and shipping receipt as you will need to include it with the In-kind Tax donation letter, we will be emailing you.

Our Washington DC office, cannot accept in-person or mailed equipment donations.

PAP Machine Donation

Unfortunately, ASAA cannot accept your donation.

We CANNOT use older machines, such as the Respironics M-Series, Remstars, ResMed S7 or S8. These use an older type of memory card that is no longer supported at most clinics. 

We CAN use machines with the SD memory card capability, such as the ResMed S9, S10, s11, and Philips Respironics Dreamstation 2.

Unfortunately, ASAA cannot accept your donation.

We are unable to accept machines that need to be repaired or have cosmetic defects, such as a cracked screen or damage to the outside of the machine.
PAP Supplies Donation

Unfortunately, ASAA cannot accept your supplies as donation.

We are unable to accept supplies that are not still in their original package.
